3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, including business workflows, software integrations, and operational requirements before the project begins.
Any delays in providing required content may extend the project timeline beyond the estimated completion period.
4. Scope of Work & Revisions
The scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the project begins.
Once the automation solution is delivered, Integra-AI does not provide additional revisions or modifications.
Clients will have full access to the deployed automation and can make their own adjustments if necessary.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project starts.
Once the service has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
6. Ownership & Rights
Upon final delivery, the client will own the custom automation solution and associated workflows.
Integra-AI reserves the right to showcase completed automation projects in its portfolio, excluding any sensitive client data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Integra-AI is not responsible for any losses, system failures, or disruptions caused by third-party software, API changes, or external factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, such as increased revenue, cost savings, or operational improvements.
8. Termination of Service
Integra-AI reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to meet payment terms or violates these Terms of Service.
Clients may terminate the project before commencement, subject to cancellation fees.
