How Resilient Are You?

Consider the 15 different aspects of resilience listed below and how you typically behave and react when resilience might be required.  Look at the two descriptors at either end of the scale and choose where on that scale you are.

 

The purpose of this scale is simply to give you an idea of the areas where you need to develop your resilience.  There are no right or wrong answers – the right answer is always the honest one so you can accurately focus your attention to the key areas and reap the rewards.
