2. Service Description Integra-AI provides professional social media post design services for businesses. The standard turnaround time for post designs is between 5 to 15 business days from the date of project commencement, depending on the volume and complexity of the designs.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary information, including branding guidelines, preferred colors, target audience, content ideas, and any reference materials before the project begins.

  • Any delays in providing required content may extend the project timeline beyond the standard 5 to 15 business days.

4. No Re-Edits Policy

  • Once the social media post designs are delivered, Integra-AI does not provide any additional edits or revisions.

  • Clients will receive the final design files and can make their own modifications if necessary.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project starts.

  • Once the service has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon final delivery, the client will own full rights to the final social media post designs.

  • Integra-AI reserves the right to showcase completed designs in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Integra-AI is not responsible for any engagement results, social media performance, or algorithm changes that may impact post visibility.

  • We do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or follower growth.

8. Termination of Service

  • Integra-AI reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to meet payment terms or violates these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
