GHH CODE OF CONDUCT

1. I will sign-in and sign-out each time I go to GHH premise(s).

2. I will wear a GHH name badge at all times.

3. I agree never to be alone without supervision with individual client(s).

4. I will maintain confidentiality of all GHH clients’ information.

5. I will share with the GHH executive director any concerns that I may have related to GHH

clients’ welfare or safety.

6. I will not discipline GHH clients.

7. I will not engage in any form of verbal, physical, psychological, emotional, and/or sexual

abuse as well as manipulation, control, and/or coercion with GHH clients or other staff

members.

8. I will report any suspects of verbal, physical, psychological, emotional, or sexual abuse I

have witnessed or acknowledged with the GHH executive director.

9. I will not establish or make decisions about instructional objectives.

10. I will not transport students without GHH staff supervision or without a written

authorization from GHH.

11. As a role model for the GHH clients, I will dress and act appropriately.

12. I will not have any form of relationships or communications, including but not limited to

personal/social interactions on social media, with GHH clients outside of GHH

premise(s), unless stated otherwise by my assignments or the GHH executive director

with a written authorization.

13. I agree only to do what is in the best interest of every child/adolescent (GHH clients)

with whom I come into contact.

14. I agree to follow the GHH Code of Conduct at all times or risk being dismissed from my

volunteer/internship/mentorship placement or risk being reported to the authorities

according to abuse regulation procedures.
