You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Remain compliant with FMCSA, DOT, and all applicable federal and state laws

• Pay all agreed-upon fees for services rendered

• Respond in a timely manner to documentation and compliance requests

5. Service Agreements and Refunds

All services are governed by individual service agreements or in
