Change ME Policies: The fine print
Appointments: All Change Me appointments will be conducted via virtual methods, phone and or zoom meets.
No results are guaranteed: Legal issues can get complicated and are subject to influences outside the control of anyone involved. This is especially true when dealing with issues that involve governmental entities, such as the State of Michigan or IRS. We can give you an opinion with a high degree of certainty, but nothing can be 100% guaranteed.
By utilizing the services of Change Me Works, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scheduling Fee – A non-refundable $155 scheduling fee is required to begin the process. This fee covers administrative costs and initial case review.
2. Inactive File Policy – If a file has not received payment, activity, or any directions from the client for a period of 30 days, the case will be considered inactive and closed. A $150 file reopen fee will be required.
3. Reopen Fee– Clients are responsible for ticket payments. Tickets must be paid within the 60 day service window. Accounts must be complete within 60 days or account will close and a $150 re-verification fee will be required.
4. Reverification Fee– An additional $150 Reverification fee must be paid immediately when customers get additional tickets after the verification appointment has been completed in order to move forward in our process.
By making payment and engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Change Me Works is committed to guiding you through your legal journey, but it is the client's responsibility to maintain communication and adhere to payment timelines.
