Must be done 3-4 weeks before or after heat cycle or weaning of puppies. If no microship, then we will place a microchip day of radiographs. Bloodwork is required before any sedated procedure. A copy of registration is ideal to be brought in the day of service. OFA application forms are required, and can be filled out ahead of time through their website. Otherwise, we will have pre-printed forms that can be filled out at drop off.
