Virtual Community Launch Suite – Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Client") and LH Enterprises Inc. ("Service Provider") and outlines the terms of the Virtual Community Launch Suite done-for-you service.

By submitting your payment and signing this agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Scope of Work

LH Enterprises Inc. will provide the following services:

  • Brand strategy session

  • Community platform setup (Vonza or Go HighLevel)

  • Automation and onboarding funnel setup

  • 30-day post-launch support

  • Two (2) rounds of revisions during the development phase


Exclusions (Not Included)

The following are not included in this package unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • Graphic design (logos, social media graphics, etc.)

  • Video creation or editing

  • Written copy (product descriptions, about page content, sales page copy, etc.)

  • Premium templates or paid design upgrades

  • Subscription services for hosting, email or text marketing

  • Paid plugin enhancements or third-party apps

  • Domain name purchase


Payment Terms

  • Total Service Fee: $1,500

  • 50% deposit required to begin ($750)

  • Remaining balance due within 21 days of initial payment

  • Clients who pay in full at checkout receive a $100 discount ($1,400 total)

Ownership rights to the website and deliverables will be transferred only after full payment is received.

Failure to pay the remaining balance within 21 days may result in the account being referred to collections.


Content Ownership & Legal Disclaimer

Client affirms that all submitted content (including logos, photos, videos, and written materials) is either owned by the client or properly licensed for use.

Client agrees that LH Enterprises Inc. is not liable for any claims or legal issues arising from unauthorized use of provided content. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LH Enterprises Inc. and its team from any legal claims related to submitted content.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.


Acceptance

By providing your signature and submitting payment, you agree to the terms of this service agreement and authorize LH Enterprises Inc. to begin work as outlined.
