Drug-Free Policy Form

All employees are required are required to read the Boys & Girls Club of Cuero policy concerning the drug-free workplace. Employees are also required to sign and detach the form following the policy statement. The signed form will be placed in the employee’s personnel folder.

The following policy is from the Boys & Girls Club of Cuero policy Manual:

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE

1. Possession, use, distribution, or being under the influence of illicit drugs or alcohol is prohibited in any club facility and/or any Club function or activity.

2. Employees who violate this this prohibition will be subject to immediate dismissal from

employment and possible referral for prosecution.

3. Compliance with these provision and prohibition is mandatory condition of employment.

4. Drug and alcohol counseling, rehabilitation, and re-entry programs are available to employees. A list of such programs is available upon request to the Executive Director.

5. The Club will review its drug-free workplace policy annually.

6. All buildings are smoke free.
