Saturday 27th September 9.30am for 10am start,

concluding 5.30pm

We will start the day in the forest, reconnecting with ourselves, our sense of wonder and curiosity.

Sarah will lead us in mindful Qigong movement under the tree canopy.

As we return to the sanctuary of The Onion, there will be space to reflect and express your thoughts and feelings creatively, accompanied by soothing tea to open the heart and mind.

After a nourishing, home-cooked vegetarian lunch, we’ll explore the ways our bodies, thoughts, and emotions intertwine, gaining insight into the connections that shape our daily lives.

Experience a Light Language healing with Sarah to balance your mind, body and spirit and renew a sense of peace, calmness and clarity.

The day will close with a sound bath under canvas, as the sounds of nature blend with the bowls you’ll be taken to a place of blissful tranquil stillness where you can become wholly connected.
