Suspension / Pause Payments Request Form

If you have multiple programs, you will have to send a seperate form for each of the enrolled courses via the help.wilsuccess.global website.Other than that this is good to go

You may suspend/pause your membership payments for a total of 1 month per contract year, taken in increments of two (2) weeks. Requests exceeding this limit may not be approved. Please choose your suspension dates accordingly.

Suspension Request Details

I would like to request a suspension of my payments as per the terms of my contract. I understand that I am eligible to suspend my payments for up to one month in two-week increments each year of my contract.

Note: Please select a CURRENT or FUTURE DATE.

I acknowledge that I can only request one month of suspension each year and that the suspension will be in two-week increments.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment suspensions are available only once per year of the contract.

  • Each suspension period can only be in two-week increments.

  • The total suspension period can only be one month per year.

  • Any payments missed during the suspension period will be added to the remaining balance of the contract.

  • This form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the requested suspension start date.

  • The suspension will not extend the overall contract duration.
