By agreeing to the following statement, the podcaster grants: Parade Deck a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to distribute, stream, and make available the Podcast through PD associated platforms as part of Parade Deck's services including but not limited to PD partner streaming channels. Parade Deck does not claim ownership of the content and the podcaster may request its removal at any time.

Additionally, the podcaster warrants that it has created and owns the podcast.  Podcaster acknowledges that PD advertising may be added to their content. In such cases, the podcaster will receive a revenue share, with the specific terms to be determined separately.
