I give consent for my name, likeness, voice, and submitted materials (such as headshots or bios) to be used for promotional purposes across Kai Cole’s platforms, including social media, email newsletters, websites, podcasts, video series, and press/media submissions (in the context of the 100 Women to Watch campaign). I understand that content may be edited, repurposed, or transcribed for promotional or press purposes; including articles, reels, highlight clips, features, and other media opportunities. However, my content will not be altered or used in a way that misrepresents my views, values, message, or the context in which it was originally expressed. To ensure integrity and safety for all participants, I confirm that: My likeness, image, or voice will not be used to create synthetic media, deepfakes, or AI-generated speech. No part of the collaborative content will be recontextualized to imply support of political, religious, or ideological positions that do not reflect the original conversation. I understand that I may request edits or removal of content in writing, and requests will be reviewed in good faith; however, final editorial decisions remain at Kai’s discretion to maintain continuity of the overall campaign. There is no financial compensation attached to this collaboration unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to participation.
