DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
Booth Size: 20’ W x 20’ L (Setup limited to 9’ in height)
COST & PAYMENT DETAILS
Vendor Special Event Booth/Space Fee: $200 per space, per day
Vendor Standard Events Booth/Space Fee: $100 per space, per day
Vendor 3 Day Weekend Booth/Space Fee: $500 per space, per weekend
Vendor 2025 Entire Season Booth/Space Fee: $2,500 per space, (Unlimited Events)
VENDOR PERMIT & SETUP DETAILS
The vendor permit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors must abide by all Rules and Regulations regarding setup, teardown, and display requirements.
Each vendor will receive an electronic Vendor Permit, which must be displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle on event day to gain access.
Vendors are allowed to set up two hours before the event start time.
After unloading, vendors must park their vehicles in the designated vendor parking area (free of charge).
Vendors must dismantle booths by 9:00 PM on the event day.
SALES TAX
Each vendor is responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying the Virginia state sales tax.

GENERAL RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
For and in consideration of the approval of this Vendor Application and participation in the event:
(a) The undersigned applicant hereby releases, acquits, and forever discharges Custom T's Motorsports Park from any and all claims, actions, costs, damages, and liabilities arising from participation in its events.
(b) The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold Custom T's Motorsports Park, its owners, agents, staff, and affiliates harmless against any loss, damage, expense, or legal claims arising from their participation, including but not limited to:
Any agreements or transactions made between the applicant and third parties related to this event.
Any claims of personal injury or property damage caused by the applicant's actions, products, or negligence.
The applicant is responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vending at the event. Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in fines, removal from the event, or forfeiture of fees.
