About the Role

Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a VA - Influencer Research and Outreach to support lead nurturing and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly active online, stays updated on social media trends, and knows how to engage influencers through strategic, non-email outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, social media savvy, and proficient in Google Sheets to track outreach efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Outreach & Lead Nurturing – Connect with influencers via direct messages, comments, and social interactions to build relationships.
Outreach Sequences & Follow-Ups – Set up structured follow-up sequences to keep influencers engaged.
Social Listening & Engagement – Monitor influencer content, engage strategically, and identify collaboration opportunities.
Trend-Based Targeting – Research and reach out to influencers based on emerging trends and industry relevance.
Tracking & Reporting – Maintain organized Google Sheets to track influencer outreach, response rates, and follow-ups.
Data Entry & Admin Support – Assist with accurate data input and administrative tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.

What We Look For

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing outreach or social media engagement.
Highly active on social media with a strong understanding of influencer trends.
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage influencers authentically.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple outreach sequences at once.

Nice to Have

Background in brand partnerships or influencer collaborations.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter engagement strategies.
Proficient in Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data organization for tracking outreach efforts.

Rate: $4.00 - $5.00 per hour + benefits
