Please read carefully and fill out all information as accurately as possible.

Info You Need to Know

Pricing is based on many factors including size, placement, color, and overall details. Once you have submitted your project idea, we will be able to give you a price quote for your tattoo.
Once you have submitted your tattoo ideas in the form, our team will thoughtfully review it. For general inquiries, we will pair you with the best artist for your project. We will do our best to pair you with a specific artist if you requested them. If you have a specific idea/image for your tattoo, we ask that you upload it. Note that although images of other tattoos can be helpful for reference, artists at Logan Square Tattoo will not copy other artists’ designs.
A deposit is required to book your appointment. Your artist will communicate the price of the deposit when they reach out to you.
Once your project has been approved and deposit has been taken, your artist will move forward in scheduling your project.
Payments are due immediately at the end of each session. We prefer cash, but we can accommodate peer to peer payments. Please ask your specific artist what payments they accept.

If you are being tattooed in a group, please submit one booking form and include clear details about the number of people and what each person wants.
